Our Partner ‘PaySystems’, is a leading credit card processing company. They only hold your credit card details for a short while, until processing has taken place. We are then sent an email with your order information only. SkyDog never has access to your credit card information. This is to protect both yourself and us.

Returns Policy

At SkyDog. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

- For Books and Services

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. We will then issue you with a full refund including the original posting and package charges. Although the goods must be returned to us. If they are not returned, then we will collect them and deduct the direct costs from the refund.

- For Faulty Goods

All our items are checked and packed with suitable packaging so there should normally be no problems. However if the goods supplied to you are 'not suitable for the use that they were intended for' we will accept returns for reimbursement. This complies with the UK Sale of Goods Act. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after you have received the goods. You may have to pay the cost of returning the goods if you exercise your right to cancel. We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your notice.  In the case of postal cancellation, the 30 day ‘notice’ period starts as soon as you have posted it.

Complaints Procedure

We are committed to listening to and acting upon any complaint you may have about SkyDog Media. Complaints are treated seriously and confidentially. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and deal with them within 14 working days. We will keep you informed throughout of the progress we are making in dealing with your complaint. We constantly monitor our complaints procedure, taking into account customer feedback.
